About the course

This course provides an in-depth exploration of global management practices amid contemporary challenges, including international tensions, climate change, social justice issues, business ethics, and resource pressures. It addresses how management processes across organizations must adapt to these realities, impacting societies, economies, and daily life. The program offers an interdisciplinary approach, combining core management areas—such as human resources, marketing, accounting, finance, sustainability, ethics, and technology—with international relations and global business responsibilities.Students study modules from both Management and Politics/International Relations, with pathways in marketing or accounting and finance. The curriculum progresses through foundational topics in the first year, deeper analysis in the second, a third-year abroad at a partner university, and final-year advanced subjects like international human resource management and digital organizations, culminating in a dissertation. Graduates gain skills for roles in multinational corporations, NGOs, or public sectors, emphasizing global connectivity. The degree is also available as a three-year option.
