BSc Management and Human Resources critically examines key management ideas and practices shaping the modern workplace. This rigorous programme, accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), explores topics such as employment relations, wellbeing, diversity, business ethics, sustainability, and the impact of technology. In the first year, students study Management and Organisational Behaviour alongside other Management School subjects. The second year covers Human Resource Management and options like Organisational Psychology, while the third year includes choices such as Work and Employment Relations.Students can opt for the CIPD-accredited route in their first year for a structured path towards Associate Membership, including professional development modules. The non-accredited route offers flexibility in module selection. The course provides career support, including training for CVs and interviews, and is available as a four-year option with study abroad or industry placement.
