This Medical Neuroscience course explores the structure and function of the human brain and nervous system, focusing on conditions like epilepsy, strokes, and schizophrenia. Students will apply this knowledge to understand and treat neurological disorders through seminars, hands-on lab work, and training in modern techniques, while developing skills in computing, programming, data analysis, and communication. You'll join a supportive community in the School of Life Sciences, where expert teaching is informed by research in medicine, neuroanatomy, genes, and development.
