Our Sociology and Social Policy course enables students to examine the dynamics of society and the processes and outcomes of social welfare. Participants will investigate social differentiation, current social issues, and historical and theoretical perspectives on welfare. The programme also introduces the evolution of social theory and provides extensive hands-on experience in social research methods and analysis.Adopting an international and comparative framework, the course explores societal and welfare challenges across various countries. Our expertise encompasses Scotland, the UK, the European Union, Western and Central Europe, Australasia, North America, and Latin America.
