Theology and Religious Studies examines religion, religions, the Bible, and theology in relation to politics, history, literature, philosophy, art, culture, personal belief, and practice. We passionately explore religion's role in shaping political and cultural life, its place in humanity's rich textual, cultural, artistic, and philosophical heritage, and its influence on politics, conflict, and social attitudes. The programme can introduce a variety of religions or focus on the Christian tradition.Comparative Literature studies literature across cultural and national boundaries, time periods, languages, genres, and even between literature and other arts. It pairs well with diverse subjects and is ideal alongside a foreign language to broaden perspectives.
