Philosophy systematically seeks clear answers to profound questions about knowledge, life, morality, science, and human nature through reason and argument. We host student reading parties, typically in the Highlands, and support a thriving undergraduate Philosophy Society.A degree in Russian enables study of a strategically significant international language while providing access to rich Russian culture. Glasgow has a long tradition of teaching Russian and Slavonic languages, offering excellent resources in our dedicated language library.
