Each year, you select from diverse options to tailor your degree to your specific interests and strengths.Social and Public Policy addresses global challenges like poverty, inequality, housing, health, technology, and sustainability, applying insights from political science, sociology, and economics to analyse government responses to societal needs, welfare, and wellbeing. The teaching team earned the 2020 Social Policy Association/Policy Press Outstanding Teaching Award for UK excellence and innovation (SPA 2020), with Glasgow's Social Policy ranking joint top for student satisfaction in NSS 2019.
