Mechanical Design Engineering, MEng (Hons)

The Mechanical Design Engineering programme builds on core mechanical engineering principles, emphasizing the interplay between design and manufacturing through individual and group projects. Students complete a comprehensive design project to integrate skills and understand business and social contexts. In the fifth year of the MEng, an industrial project provides advanced management skills and in-depth options in engineering subjects, including mechanics of solids, dynamics, and desalination technology.
