About the course

Mathematics is an expansive and continually evolving discipline that encompasses in-depth explorations of numerical, geometrical, and logical relationships. Our program offers a wide range of courses during honours years, while the ambassador scheme enables students to gain hands-on teaching experience in schools, fostering essential professional skills.Scottish Literature examines Scotland's poetry, drama, fiction, and prose from the 14th century to contemporary works. The University hosts the only UK academic unit dedicated exclusively to teaching and researching Scottish literature, including the Centre for Robert Burns Studies, which is producing a new, multi-volume scholarly edition of the works of Scotland's national poet.
