Computing Science encompasses a broad spectrum, from programming and engineering large-scale software systems to designing and evaluating human-computer interfaces, algorithms, computer and network systems, artificial intelligence, information retrieval, and big data systems. Statistics involves the science of collecting, analysing, presenting, and interpreting data.At the University of Glasgow, the School of Computing Science established the pioneering Centre for Computing Science Education, underscoring our leadership in innovative educational practices.
