About the course

Computing Science offers a comprehensive field, spanning programming, engineering of large software systems, design and evaluation of human-computer interfaces, algorithms, computer and network systems, artificial intelligence, information retrieval, and big data technologies. The School of Computing Science established the innovative Centre for Computing Science Education in 2017 to demonstrate its commitment to leadership and excellence in educational practices.History of Art examines the creation and aesthetics of paintings, sculptures, buildings, and designs across various media. Students benefit from extensive resources, including the University Library and Archives, The Hunterian museum and art gallery with its world-renowned Hunter, Whistler, and Mackintosh collections, and Kelvin Hall, an innovative collections-access centre. A grant is also provided during the third-year break to support visits to relevant museums, galleries, and buildings.
