Classics / Politics (SocSci), MA (Hons)

Classics encompasses the study of literature, history, art, and material culture from ancient Greece and Rome. Students may pursue Latin and/or Greek languages at any level, with opportunities to visit archaeological sites and museums in Italy and Greece as part of the program.Politics examines the distribution of power and influence in society and its effects on decision-making within and among nations. The curriculum covers diverse topics, including international relations, political theory, and British politics, taught by leading experts in the field.
