Celtic Studies at the University of Glasgow combines language learning with courses on medieval and modern Celtic cultures of the British Isles. History explores change and continuity in human society, offering a broad programme from medieval to modern times, drawing on expertise in Scottish, British, European, US and global history; slavery; gender; and war, intelligence and genocide studies.Study with leading scholars in Celtic cultures and languages, accessing global courses, small-group teaching, diverse assessments (e.g., policy papers, blogs) and personalised feedback.
