Students can delve into the histories and contemporary aspects of Celtic-speaking peoples under leading researchers and gain proficiency in a Celtic language.English Language and Linguistics examines the history, structure, and meaning of the English language to illuminate insights into culture, society, and human identity. Over the past 50 years, the program has produced the renowned Historical Thesaurus of English and provides access to dedicated laboratories for analysing spoken and written language.
