This course introduces practical skills in construction technology, enabling you to effectively learn, interpret data, and understand theories of construction management and property development. You will deepen your knowledge through interdisciplinary professional practice and independent study, with accreditation from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors (CICES), and Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB). It offers hands-on experience, UK and European study trips, and a year-long industrial placement to enhance employability and career prospects in construction and project management.The programme covers practical skills, data interpretation, and advanced theories, allowing progression from foundation degrees. Assessment includes assignments, exams, presentations, and portfolios to develop professional communication skills. Graduates are eligible for CIOB membership, leading to chartered status and rewarding careers. Study options include a Foundation Year or Placement Year.
