Artificial Intelligence in Human Resources, BSc (Hons)

Artificial intelligence (AI) is increasingly integral to human resources, aiding decisions in hiring, retention, employee development, payroll, and performance reviews. It enhances staff capabilities, boosts efficiency, and mitigates bias to promote inclusivity and diversity.This course combines AI and HR to enhance employability through dual expertise, access to specialist facilities, optional placements between years two and three, and future-proof learning on AI's role in HR. Learning occurs via lectures, seminars, tutorials, practical sessions, team work, and an Individual Project applying research tools. Graduates pursue careers such as data scientist, business intelligence engineer, robotics engineer, HR manager, recruitment manager, or HR specialist.
