Our BSc Business Management, the largest programme in Swansea University's School of Management, offers a comprehensive foundation in key areas such as marketing, operations, accounting, strategy, and human resource management, along with advanced optional modules. Designed for ambitious students aiming for senior global roles, the degree includes a year abroad between the second and final year to enhance skills and global experience. Accredited by the Chartered Management Institute and Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, it provides industry-focused teaching, state-of-the-art facilities, and opportunities for real-world projects with companies to boost employability.The first year features seven compulsory modules, including marketing and human resource management, plus one elective.
