Business Law, LLB (Hons), with study abroad

This programme offers an introduction to Business and Commercial Law, including a year abroad for international experience. Students gain foundational knowledge in core areas such as Contract Law, Criminal Law, Land Law, Equity and Trusts, Tort, and Public Law. As studies advance, options include Trade Law, Media Law, Commercial Sales, Competition Law, and Employment Law, preparing graduates for careers in law or related fields, including pathways to the Solicitors Qualifying Exams or Bar training.The curriculum features compulsory modules in the first two years, a year abroad in the third, and flexible optional modules in the fourth. Assessment includes exams, essays, client advice letters, blogs, posters, and group tasks, fostering research, analytical, and communication skills.
