St. George’s University School of Medicine is dedicated to a universal educational model, offering a comprehensive program tailored to the diverse academic backgrounds and professional aspirations of students worldwide.Prospective Doctor of Medicine (MD) candidates may enter the three-year premedical program or the four-year MD program directly— the latter being the typical entry point for most North American students. Premedical students must satisfy academic requirements to advance to the first year of the MD program. In the four-year MD curriculum, the initial two years focus on Basic Medical Sciences at the True Blue campus in Grenada, followed by two years of clinical training at affiliated centers in the United States or United Kingdom.
