The School of Medicine at St. George’s University is dedicated to a universal education model, offering comprehensive programs tailored to the diverse academic backgrounds and professional goals of students worldwide.Prospective Doctor of Medicine students can enter via a premedical program spanning up to three years or directly into the four-year MD program, as most North American students do. Those in the premedical track must meet academic requirements to advance to the four-year program. In this program, the first two years focus on Basic Medical Sciences at the True Blue campus in Grenada, while the final two years involve clinical training at affiliated sites in the United States or United Kingdom.
