The property industry is a dynamic sector shaped by macroeconomic factors such as interest rates, population growth, and economic conditions, creating ongoing demand for graduates skilled in management, planning, investment, and negotiation. This course provides comprehensive training in modern property management, covering real estate development, investment, valuation, sustainability, financing, and the interplay between occupiers, developers, investors, and funders.Accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the program includes live projects with partners like Savills and Sainsbury’s, as well as study visits to destinations such as Madrid and Berlin. Key highlights include NTU ranking first for undergraduate architecture, building, and planning students (HESA 2021/22), second globally for sustainability (UI GreenMetric 2023), and third in the UK for land and property management (Complete University Guide 2023), with 100% of graduates entering relevant roles (Graduate Outcomes Survey 2020/21).
