The property industry is a dynamic sector influenced by macroeconomic factors such as interest rates, population growth, and economic conditions, creating ongoing demand for graduates skilled in management, investment planning, and negotiation—core elements of this course.Tailored to modern property management, the program covers real estate development, investment, valuation, sustainability, financing, sales, and acquisitions, alongside stakeholder relationships among occupiers, developers, investors, and funders. Accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), it provides a pathway to Chartered Surveyor status. Students engage in live projects with clients like Savills, Sainsbury’s, and JLL, and international study visits to destinations including Madrid and Berlin.
