Property development and planning are essential to the property industry's growth, spanning scheme proposals, site identification and analysis, design, viability, finance, and marketing. This course equips you to add value to land and property as a future adviser, consultant, or developer, providing comprehensive knowledge in spatial and urban design, site appraisal, sustainability, planning, development consultancy, and process management.
