Economics is founded on threshold concepts—simple yet vital ideas that underpin everyday decisions by individuals, firms, and governments, often with profound societal impacts.This flexible course delivers a solid foundation in these concepts for economic analysis, emphasizing their application to business decision-making, public and private organizations, and policy evaluation in international industry and regulatory contexts. Students develop key employability skills and can study full-time over three years or four with placement, including industry experience or study abroad via partner universities.
