This course builds on core modules from our Computer Science degree, enhanced by specialized games technology modules, creating a unique program ideal for those passionate about creative computer applications.A strong foundation in traditional computer science combined with games expertise keeps career options versatile—graduates pursue high-paying roles in investment banking, motorsports, or AAA game studios. You will gain advanced skills to design and implement computer systems, focusing on C++ software engineering, plus Python, Java, and C#. Learn 3D game asset production and develop games using Unreal Engine 5, Unity, and Android SDK, culminating in serious/educational games for clients and VR experiences for Quest 2, Pico 3, and Vive Pro Eye. Accredited by BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, for Chartered Engineer (CEng) and IT Professional (CITP) status.
