Civil engineers creatively address real-world challenges by designing essential infrastructure, from bridges and roads to hospitals and train stations. Our Master of Engineering (MEng) in Civil Engineering integrates undergraduate and master's-level content, fostering comprehensive knowledge of civil engineering principles, theory, and practical skills in areas such as architectural technology, sustainability, health and safety, CAD, hydraulics, ground engineering, structural engineering, and strategic management. Emphasis on creativity and innovation deepens understanding of engineering practice.Successful completion provides the direct route to Chartered Engineer (CEng) status. Hands-on learning occurs in industry-standard facilities, including concrete, materials, hydraulics, geotechnical labs, and structural testing equipment.
