This course builds your understanding of engineering principles and their practical application, fostering high-quality technical skills, people management, advanced mathematics, design, sustainability, health, and safety expertise through hands-on projects, theory, and placements.Key features include industry-standard facilities (concrete, materials, hydraulics, geotechnics, structural testing); applied projects with partners like nmcn, Severn Trent Water, and Nottingham City Council; accreditation fully meeting Incorporated Engineer (IEng) requirements and partially for Chartered Engineer (CEng)*; and an optional placement year with firms such as VolkerFitzpatrick and BAM Nuttall.
