About the course

This professionally accredited MChem degree includes an industrial placement year and a year of advanced study at Master's level. In your first two years, you study the main areas of the subject, such as organic, inorganic, physical and analytical chemistry. In Stage 3 you take a paid year in industry. In your fourth year, you take advanced modules and conduct an extended research project on a topic of your choice.
