A degree in Urban Planning equips students to address pressing global challenges, such as climate change, rising sea levels, population growth, and economic shifts, by transforming how cities are designed and developed. Developed with industry leaders, it emphasizes practical experiences like live case studies and field trips, while fostering a multidisciplinary approach through collaboration with fields like architecture and engineering.The programme is available as a BSc or MPlan, with both sharing the first three years; transfers are possible based on performance. The BSc focuses on core principles of spatial planning, while the MPlan adds specialized study in areas like transport or infrastructure planning. Assessment combines coursework (75%) and exams (25%), with modules covering historical development, future visions, and real-world applications, all included in tuition fees.
