About the course

Real Estate and Property Management is a career-oriented course designed for students, aspiring entrepreneurs, and future consultants in a major global sector. It addresses evolving challenges in commercial properties and urban housing migration, providing opportunities in land and accommodation services. The program builds expertise in roles such as advising organisations on risk, investment, law, and asset management, while incorporating modules aligned with Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) competencies. Students gain practical experience through a unique Simulation Centre and focus on sustainability, regeneration, and professional skills.Key benefits include developing entrepreneurial abilities, pursuing international qualifications like BREEAM, and opportunities for overseas work or study. The course features a common first year for broad exposure, followed by advanced modules in real estate development, urban planning, and tenancy law, culminating in a placement year and final-year projects to prepare graduates for the workplace.
