Our Global Challenges undergraduate degrees are tailored for innovative thinkers addressing worldwide ecological and environmental issues, such as climate change, sustainable development, migration, terrorism, inequality, and poverty. The Planetary Health pathway explores the impacts of human activity on earth systems and health, fostering analysis and management skills alongside Brunel experts. As part of the Planetary Health Alliance, Brunel collaborates with leading institutions to deliver cutting-edge knowledge on environmental-health connections, including species extinction and pesticide risks.Students will examine technologies, political, and economic strategies for planetary healing, while developing teamwork, project management, and presentation skills through group projects and an optional third-year Enterprise Project. Opportunities for internships and placements provide practical experience, equipping graduates to critically assess data, form informed opinions, and drive positive change in their careers.
