It covers a wide array of topics, with flexible themes available across three years, including urban geography, which leverages our London base and European fieldwork to explore city dynamics and evolution; the postcolonial world and legacies of European colonialism, analysing geography's role in both supporting and challenging colonial histories; and ecological emergencies with environmental justice, integrating human and physical geography to study Earth's changes in the Anthropocene and potential solutions.Fieldwork is central to the programme, occurring locally and abroad, with all students undertaking funded residential trips in the first and second years. These trips enhance studies through immersive experiences and skill development. Sample modules include Space, Place & Society; Living with Environmental Change; and Earth Systems Science.
