Effective human resource (HR) management is essential for business success. This programme equips you with strategic HR knowledge across diverse organisational contexts, contemporary theories and practices, and a broad range of intellectual, interpersonal, and technical skills, including frameworks for employment relations.We uniquely integrate artificial intelligence (AI) into the curriculum through AI tools, HR analytics, and data analysis, enabling evidence-based strategic HR decisions in complex business environments. Studying BA Human Resource Management and People Analytics at XJTLU offers: expertise in Chinese and international HR systems; AI-driven data capabilities; access to International Business School Suzhou’s enterprise network via visits, lectures, and employability services; and dual degrees from XJTLU (recognised by China’s Ministry of Education) and the University of Liverpool (Russell Group).
