Drama with a Language, BA (Hons)

This course enables you to pursue interests in theatre and performance alongside language studies. Through a blend of practical and theoretical approaches, you will explore theatre's historical, political, and cultural contexts, examining its societal impact and role in fostering innovative thought. You will build skills in theatre production and analysis, accessing advanced facilities like the Attenborough Centre for the Creative Arts. Language options include Arabic, British Sign Language, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Mandarin Chinese, Spanish, or English Language Teaching.At the University of Sussex, our programs, research, and campus are designed to inspire and challenge across fields from scientific discovery to global policy.
