Students benefit from facilities like the Macrobert Arts Centre, opportunities in campus media such as AirTV and The Brig, and modules covering critical analysis, production skills, and international exchanges in places like the US and Europe.Our courses in sociology, social policy, and criminology explore social change, welfare systems, and justice globally, drawing on expertise in regions including the UK and Latin America. In the first two years, students select from a flexible curriculum, combining core subjects with options across disciplines, allowing changes in focus or degree combinations like law or psychology before finalizing paths midway through year two. This approach fosters adaptability and interdisciplinary learning.
