In the first two years, you will gain an in-depth understanding of the processes governing life on Earth, then specialise in your areas of interest. You will develop practical skills through research involvement, contributing to biological discoveries. Essential training includes laboratory techniques, life sciences methods, and fieldwork at the University of Stirling campus and Scottish residential courses.
