The BSc in Real Estate Development and Planning offers a distinctive planning programme that provides a competitive edge in the property sector. The course aligns with the BSc Real Estate programme for the first two years to establish foundational knowledge, then focuses on development and planning in the third year. Graduates gain specialised skills in assessing financial opportunities, alongside awareness of environmental and social aspects of urban planning, ensuring a strong market advantage. This fully accredited programme by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors includes core modules such as Introduction to Data Analysis, Contemporary Issues in Real Estate and Planning, Ethics and Sustainable Development, Real Estate and Planning Law, and Development Appraisal and Finance.
