Our BSc Real Estate programme provides a comprehensive overview of the property sector, enabling students to explore its breadth and depth before specialising in later years. The University of Reading's Real Estate and Planning department ranks first in the UK for Land and Property Management (Complete University Guide, 2024), with instruction delivered by globally recognised experts possessing extensive academic and professional backgrounds.In the initial two years, students develop a solid foundation in key areas such as economics, finance, business management, planning, construction, law, and valuation, which can be applied to real-world challenges. The third year focuses on advanced specialisations like development, planning, investment, or valuation, with options to customise studies through electives in housing or rural topics.
