Human Biology: Biology, Bachelor

The Biology concentration in the Human Biology major emphasizes advanced science through upper-division biology lectures and laboratories. Students can engage with its interdisciplinary nature by taking courses from affiliated departments to fulfill degree requirements. Within the major, students select courses from two of the following categories: Development and Genetics, Anatomy and Physiology, Evolution, Ecology, and Adaptation, or Human Disease.We encourage involvement in undergraduate research and faculty connections. This concentration is unique in allowing students to earn Departmental Honors in Biology.
