The Aerospace Systems concentration appeals to students with interests in physics and engineering, or in physics with a focus on practical applications. This program allows students to complete nearly all courses required for an Aerospace Engineering degree while incorporating additional advanced physics courses. Such training strengthens their understanding of engineering fundamentals and enhances problem-solving skills.Participants can pursue engineering courses in either a spacecraft or aircraft sub-track. Students also have opportunities for undergraduate research in physics or engineering, and they engage in senior design courses from both fields, providing hands-on, real-world project experience.
