Hospitality Management, BA (Hons)

This programme is recruiting exclusively for Year 3 full-time entry and is available only to home students. International students seeking Year 3 entry should consider the BA (Hons) Hospitality Management (Year 2 & 3 Direct Entry) programme. Those interested in Year 1 or Year 2 entry should explore the BA (Hons) International Tourism & Hospitality Management.Designed for direct entry into Year 3, this Hospitality Management degree targets individuals with prior university-level study in the field, enabling them to build on their foundation through specialized modules. The curriculum covers strategic hospitality management, innovation and business planning, and revenue management. Students will select two optional modules: one from options including a consultancy project or dissertation, and another from choices such as event venue management, contemporary issues in international tourism, and managing HR in tourism and hospitality.
