The Portuguese programme at Glasgow encompasses the languages, literatures, and cultures of Brazil, Portugal, and the broader Portuguese-speaking world. Students engage in a varied curriculum, working in small groups with native speakers from Portugal and Brazil. With longstanding ties to the Instituto Camões, the programme provides full access to the Language Resources Centre, featuring superior audiovisual, digital, and printed resources.Digital Media & Information Studies examines the creation, use, and societal impact of digital content across the arts, humanities, and beyond, offering a human-centred perspective on digital-age challenges. This programme holds accreditation from CILIP, the Chartered Institute of Library & Information Professionals.
