The Portuguese programme encompasses the languages, literatures, and cultures of Brazil, Portugal, and the broader Portuguese-speaking world. At Glasgow, it features a diverse curriculum with small-group classes led by native speakers from Portugal and Brazil, longstanding ties to the Instituto Camões, and full access to the Language Resources Centre's extensive audiovisual, digital, and print materials.Classics explores the literature, history, art, and material culture of ancient Greece and Rome, with Latin and/or Greek available at any level. Students can visit archaeological sites and museums in Italy and Greece as part of the programme.
