This course summary highlights two disciplines. Geography explores the Earth's surface as a habitat for human life and work, examining variations in physical and human landscapes and their interconnections. The programme is accredited by the Institute of Environmental Sciences and the Royal Geographical Society.Celtic Studies offers a range of courses on the medieval and modern Celtic languages of the British Isles, including Scottish Gaelic, Irish, and Welsh, along with their associated cultures. Students can study the histories and contemporary aspects of Celtic-speaking peoples with leading researchers and learn a Celtic language of the region.
