Digital Media and Information Studies examines the creation, utilisation, and effects of digital content and information across the arts, humanities, and broader society. It adopts a human-centred approach to digital age challenges and is accredited by CILIP, the Chartered Institute of Library and Information Professionals.Social and Public Policy addresses global and societal issues such as poverty, inequality, housing, health, technology, and sustainability. Drawing on concepts from political science, sociology, and economics, the programme analyses how governments develop responses to meet people's needs, welfare, and wellbeing, with opportunities for work placements in voluntary or public sector organisations.
