Computing Science, MSci (Hons)

Computing Science is a wide-ranging discipline, encompassing programming and engineering large-scale software systems, as well as the design and evaluation of human-computer interfaces, algorithms, computer and network systems, artificial intelligence, information retrieval, and big data systems.At the University of Glasgow, the School of Computing Science established the pioneering Centre for Computing Science Education, reflecting our commitment to leadership and innovation in educational practice. Recent graduates secure roles as software engineers and systems analysts with companies such as Google, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Skyscanner, and Yahoo.
