Classics / Russian, MA (Hons)

The Classics program encompasses the study of literature, history, art, and material culture from ancient Greece and Rome. Students may pursue Latin and/or Greek at any level, with opportunities to visit archaeological sites and museums in Italy and Greece as part of the curriculum.A degree in Russian focuses on a language of strategic global importance, providing access to the depth of Russian culture. The University of Glasgow has a rich history of teaching Russian and Slavonic languages, supported by internationally renowned library resources.
