Classics encompasses the exploration of ancient Greece and Rome's literature, history, art, and material culture. Students may study Latin and/or Greek at any level and participate in visits to archaeological sites and museums in Italy and Greece as part of the program.French focuses on a major European and global language, along with the cultures it has shaped worldwide. The degree allows for specialization in diverse topics, such as French comics, song, medieval history, and modern events, with access to an extensive Language Resources Centre offering high-quality audiovisual, digital, and printed resources.
