Classics encompasses the literature, history, art, and material culture of ancient Greece and Rome, with Latin and/or Greek language study available at all levels. Computing Science spans programming, large-scale software engineering, human-computer interfaces, algorithms, networks, AI, information retrieval, and big data.At the University of Glasgow, students can visit archaeological sites and museums in Italy and Greece, with Honours students eligible for up to three weeks abroad (post-year 3) and financial support. Year 3 options include study at universities in Europe (e.g., Athens, Rome), Australia, New Zealand, or North America.
