This course explores the formation, operation, and potential evolution of societies, institutions, and practices, while providing insights into key societal challenges. It is delivered by the esteemed Centre for Computational Social Science (C2S2).In your second and third years, a wide array of optional modules allows you to customize your studies to your interests and build expertise in various topics. An optional work placement, typically 3 to 6 weeks, enables you to apply your skills in real-world settings across diverse organizations. You will acquire comprehensive social research and technical abilities, ideal for careers in the public sector, policy development, or research fields.
