About the course

This programme is delivered through a partnership between Exeter’s Mathematics department and the University of Exeter’s triple-accredited Business School. It examines contemporary economics, covering topics from inflation and monopoly control to developing countries and multinational finance. Students may extend their studies with a 'Year in Industry' placement at organisations such as Lloyds Banking Group, Coca-Cola, the Met Office, and PwC, and in the fourth year, undertake an advanced research project supervised by a relevant expert. Prior Economics knowledge is not required. For details on modules, assessment methods, facilities, and staff expertise, please consult our course page.
